Mark you calendars for September 10th for our monthly Big Volunteer Day.

We have several projects to choose from and will be held between 9am and noon.

  • Sleep in Heavenly Peace – we will be helping to build bunk beds as part of Sleep in Heavenly Peace’s annual Bunks Across America build campaign.  No special skills required and lunch is provided.  This project runs from 9am to 3pm but you are not required to be there the entire time.
  • Hampton Roads Urban Agriculture (20 slots) – time for to harvest and get ready for fall planting. This project runs 9am to noon.
  • BINGO @ Spratley House (8 slots) – help us bring some fun to the seniors at Spratley House.  This project runs 12:30pm to 3:00pm.

NOTE: Location/Directions to projects will be included in the Volunteer Confirmation email you will receive upon completing your registration.
